I DID NOT OBSERVE EXCESSIVE DUST WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT. THE CONTRACTORS ARE DOING A ADEQUATE JOB OF LIMITING DEBRIS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION---AREAS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION ARE CURTAINED OFF FROM THE REST OF THE FACILITY.
IN ADDITION, I OBSERVED A SIGNIFICANT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT GREASE AND OIL SPILLAGE ON THE FLOOR SURROUNDING THE FRYING STATION LOCATED WITHIN THE DELI SECTION. FURTHERMORE, I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY ACCUMULATION OF BLOOD IN THE DELI OR IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT. A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON FEBRUARY 8, 2019 TO CHECK ON #55. |
